The PCCP is planning a workshop titled “POWER [Presidents - Outstanding FITs Workshop: Establishing Roadmaps] Summit” on 27 June (Saturday) from 12 nn- 5 pm. It will be facilitated by Atty. Franklin Quijano, an Open Space Technology meeting consultant.
The PCCP has been holding strategic planning sessions every three years to map out the directions for the College. This year, in line with the current national leadership’s platform of bridging the gap, it has been decided to utilize some of the most valuable assets of the college: the past presidents and the outstanding fellows in training.
Using the open space technology in drawing out ideas from the participants, the workshop has the aim of harnessing the treasures of experience, combining it with the promise of the future. In this workshop, everyone will have a voice that is given equal weight and measure. The concepts generated will be utilized by the national leadership along with the chapter presidents and council chairs in bridging the gaps of the past and the future, establishing a roadmap for continuity.
This will be our investment for the future of the PCCP and it is our hope that its dividends will be a membership that becomes as invested in the College and the country we take pride in serving.
